REFUND POLICY

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT?

Providing our customers with excellent quality products is something we strive for, however being the nature of retail there may be faults that arise from time to time. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note that all jewelry must be returned within 14 days.

If you have received what you believe is a fault product, please contact us at support@bxdgoods.com and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to assess the issue. All items that are deemed faulty will receive a replacement or refund if the claim is being made within 30 days of receipt date or 14 days for jewelry.

Once the faulty product has been received, we will inspect the item and get back in contact with you within 1-3 working days. If the product is deemed to be faulty under our guidelines at B X D GOODS, we will replace the faulty product and send out a new product to you free of charge. Allow up to 5 days for processing.

If we determine that the product is not covered under our guidelines, one of our employees will contact you directly to discuss alternatives and possible replacements at an additional cost.

Please note the following information that includes non-refundable reasons but not limited to:

- Damages or faults caused by accidents, abuse, and misuse.

- Damages caused by wear and tear, theft or loss.

- Damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories.

- Use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging.

To qualify for our Money Back Guarantee please follow these simple instructions:

 

1. Contact our customer support team at support@bxdgoods.com and begin the troubleshooting process. This must be done within 30 days from the date of receipt.

2. You will be asked to provide the reason why you are not happy with the product followed by images/videos of the product.

3. One of our customer support specialists will begin the process of troubleshooting or helping you with the product issue.

4. You must follow all troubleshooting steps and provide attachments/evidence for the team to be able to assist you properly. (if applicable)

5. The returned items should include all parts as delivered. Product must be in original package and in original condition. Missing items will void the 30-day money back guarantee.

 

Once the request for 30-day money back guarantee has been approved, you will need to send the product back to us with a tracking number and order number. Failure to do so may result in us withholding the refund.

Please note, we may request for your order to be returned to one of our global warehouses.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

 

*We may still accept refunds in certain cases even if instructions are not followed, however, we may withhold $20 restocking fee.

 

The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply for:

1. Incorrect  or miss use

2. Change of mind

3. Incompatibility issues

4. Incompatible AirPods/Case

5. Damage caused by user

6. Color differences 

7. Jewelry 

8. Use of non-original products

Return shipping costs are not covered by B X D GOODS.

 

CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS

In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.

*We hold the right to charge a restocking fee and do not refund the original shipping fee except in cases where we have made a shipping error. This is decided on a case by case basis and will not occur for every return. 

 

Exchanges

Most products are shipped from one of our global warehouses. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees. 

All items must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. 

We recommend sending a picture of your item first, to determine any immediate rejections. 

Once your item is received and inspected you’ll receive a notification with details about the next steps.
